kid: Mom, what’s that? (pointing)
mom: That’s a music store?
kid: What’s a music store?
mom: It’s a store where people go to buy music and records and movies…

Wait, wait. They actually have psychical places to buy music. I thought it was all online now. And what is a record?

The really interesting part is that children are growing up with an increasingly abstracted view of goods and services brought on by digitally delivered virtual goods.
When goods are assumed to be virtual, how will our retail experiences change?
