Financial Crisis and Abraham Maslow’s Hieararchy of Human Needs

As more and more financial pressure is put on people, it will be important for companies to change the way they communicate and plan products —- to address the more basic human needs in Maslow’s famous hierarchy.

Some customeers will feel they are slipping and feel they need to be better taken care of. Others really will need help.
